Having no previous work history can make getting your first job a real challenge. Break Through Youth Employment Mentoring is an initiative where young people and employers have joined together to help overcome youth unemployment in the Campbelltown - Macarthur area.
Mentoring is the development of a one-on-one relationship, where through the sharing of workplace skills, knowledge and experience, a young person can break through the obstacles and get a job.
Are you 16-25 years old and frustrated in finding employment? Would you like extra support from someone who is currently employed and knows the expectations of today’s workforce? If so, contact your support worker about the program or contact the Program Coordinator, directly, on 0420 308 324 for further information.
